Privacy Policy.

When you fill out one of our forms (such as “Book a Growth Audit” or a Free Google Breakdown request) or otherwise contact us, you may give us:

• your name, email address, and phone number;
• your business or brand name and website;
• your business’s city and state, the services you offer, and a link to your Google Business Profile;
• your business type, the services you’re interested in, and your budget range;
• whether you agree to receive text messages from us; and
• any message or details you choose to share.

You can also reach us directly by email or phone, in which case we receive whatever information you include.

When you visit the Site, we and our analytics provider may automatically collect:

• usage data, such as the pages you view, links you click, and how you move through the Site;
• device and browser information, such as browser type, operating system, and screen size; and
• your IP address and the approximate, city-level location derived from it.

We also process your IP address to apply rate limiting and reduce spam on our forms, and our hosting and infrastructure providers may keep standard server logs.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. GA4 places cookies on your device and collects the usage and device information described above. Google processes that data under its own privacy policy.

Our web fonts are self-hosted from our own domain, so simply loading the Site does not send your information to a separate font provider.

On some pages, including our landing pages for detailing and ceramic coating shops and for car rental operators, we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. The Pixel uses cookies and similar technologies to record your visit and actions such as submitting a form. When you submit a form on those pages, we also send Meta your email address and phone number in hashed (one-way encrypted) form, together with your IP address and browser details, so Meta can match the submission to our ads. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy, and you can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across sites using Google’s opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the Site work.

Some pages embed videos from YouTube (using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced “no-cookie” mode) and Instagram. These embeds load when you choose to play a clip. Once you interact with them, Google/YouTube and Meta/Instagram may set their own cookies or collect data in line with their privacy policies. We don’t control those platforms.

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your inquiries, run Growth Audits, and prepare free Google Breakdowns and Direct Booking Breakdowns;
• provide, maintain, and improve the Site and our Services;
• measure how our advertising performs;
• send you a confirmation and follow up about your request;
• keep the Site secure and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse; and
• comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use your contact details to send unrelated marketing without a lawful basis or your consent.

If you check the box to receive text messages, we’ll text you about your request, for example to send your free breakdown or follow up on it. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are shared only with the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

We share information only as needed:

• Service providers. We use trusted providers to operate the Site and respond to you, including Google (analytics), Meta (ad measurement), Resend (to deliver our form and confirmation emails), Twilio (to deliver text messages), our customer relationship management (CRM) software, and our website hosting and infrastructure providers. They may process your information only to provide their services to us.
• Embedded platforms. As described above, YouTube and Instagram may receive information when you interact with embedded content.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to you, manage our relationship, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics settings.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can:

• opt out of analytics cookies using your browser or Google’s opt-out add-on;
• opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP;
• ask us not to contact you further; and
• request a copy or deletion of the information we hold about you.

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below, and we’ll respond as required by applicable law. Because we don’t sell personal information, there’s nothing to opt out of in that respect.

The Site may link to or embed third-party sites and content, including clients’ social profiles and videos. We aren’t responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties; please review their policies.

The Site and our Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

We are based in the United States and process and store information here. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above, and the updated Policy takes effect when posted. We may highlight significant changes on the Site.
