How we handle your information when you use our website.

Last updated May 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AVF Media LLC, doing business as AVF Media ("AVF Media," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website (the "Site") or contact us. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy, which should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

01. Information you provide to us

When you fill out our “Book a Growth Audit” form or otherwise contact us, you may give us:

  • your name, email address, and phone number;
  • your business or brand name and website;
  • your business type, the services you’re interested in, and your budget range; and
  • any message or details you choose to share.

You can also reach us directly by email or phone, in which case we receive whatever information you include.

02. Information we collect automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our analytics provider may automatically collect:

  • usage data, such as the pages you view, links you click, and how you move through the Site;
  • device and browser information, such as browser type, operating system, and screen size; and
  • your IP address and the approximate, city-level location derived from it.

We also process your IP address to apply rate limiting and reduce spam on our forms, and our hosting and infrastructure providers may keep standard server logs.

03. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. GA4 places cookies on your device and collects the usage and device information described above. Google processes that data under its own privacy policy.

Our web fonts are self-hosted from our own domain, so simply loading the Site does not send your information to a separate font provider. We do not run advertising or social-media tracking pixels on this Site.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across sites using Google’s opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the Site work.

04. Embedded content

Some pages embed videos from YouTube (using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced “no-cookie” mode) and Instagram. These embeds load when you choose to play a clip. Once you interact with them, Google/YouTube and Meta/Instagram may set their own cookies or collect data in line with their privacy policies. We don’t control those platforms.

05. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries and schedule and run Growth Audits;
  • provide, maintain, and improve the Site and our Services;
  • send you a confirmation and follow up about your request;
  • keep the Site secure and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse; and
  • comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use your contact details to send unrelated marketing without a lawful basis or your consent.

06. How we share information

We share information only as needed:

  • Service providers. We use trusted providers to operate the Site and respond to you, including Google (analytics), Resend (to deliver our form and confirmation emails), and our website hosting and infrastructure providers. They may process your information only to provide their services to us.
  • Embedded platforms. As described above, YouTube and Instagram may receive information when you interact with embedded content.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

07. Data retention

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to you, manage our relationship, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics settings.

08. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can:

  • opt out of analytics cookies using your browser or Google’s opt-out add-on;
  • ask us not to contact you further; and
  • request a copy or deletion of the information we hold about you.

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below, and we’ll respond as required by applicable law. Because we don’t sell personal information, there’s nothing to opt out of in that respect.

11. Children’s privacy

The Site and our Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

12. International visitors

We are based in the United States and process and store information here. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above, and the updated Policy takes effect when posted. We may highlight significant changes on the Site.
