The challenge
Independent shops lose work to dealership service desks because drivers can't tell which garage to trust, and every shop claims to be the honest one. Vorenza needed the promise to be verifiable on the page: what the warranty covers, how estimates get approved, and what happens between drop-off and pickup. It also needed to surface for the searches drivers make the moment a check-engine light comes on.
What we built
Partnering with Heck Design Group, we extended the Vorenza brand from rentals into repair and designed the site as a stack of receipts: the 12-month, 12,000-mile written warranty up top, a four-step process where the customer approves every step, dedicated pages for maintenance, diagnosis, repairs, exhaust fabrication, and body work, and a plain-language FAQ. LocalBusiness schema, a location page, and a blog give search a reason to rank it, and the Vorenza rentals and detailing sites cross-link as one family.
